I don't like this game. It makes me face reality for the future to come. instead I don't feel like the player in this game I'm the other person. I kept crying cause no matter what I did I ended up with the same ending and results making my pain more unbearable about my own ending of my life. I don't want to end up like this with my lover...
Don't let love be a cage for you, because then it becomes toxic. If you place love above yourself then it can lead to pain. You don't need love to survive, especially if you're not ready for it. In the end, everybody has nobody to depend on but themselves
Be versatile, Be prepared and go with the flow. If you have a lover. Love them, If they don't, cherish the good memories and move on. Keep that in mind
Love is like food, you eat to fulfill yourself but when it rots, then It's best to avoid it
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Sounds like something my ex would write, instead of- idk. Direct communication, lol. Thanks for the thought provoking questions.
why does this feel so familiar?.. not in the way that's its nostalgic or I feel like I've played this game before but- it hurts it hurts my heart it feels like I'm burning why have I been on both sides of this coin before? why did she have to to leave? why could he never say I love you? why does it always end the same? not just for me for everyone?......why? why?
When i was young i thougt of videogames as games, just like books they were just a thing, a world that didnt exist, but then i played undertale and realise someting, i was in denial, i have always know that videogames, books, comics, movies, etc, ARE worlds that EXIST and they are REAL, they characters their actions their thougths, all of it is real.
And so, to explain myself better, i wanna make a conection with purrgatori, purrgatori is an almost perfect game, its about you being sent into a purgatori with a twist(dont wanna spoil the whole game), our character has a personality and other character have their own, that is ok? no, because when you are alone with a character, your choises are not yours they are the purrgatori MC actions, thougts, their world is not your world, and so when 2 characters interact, you just stand there, a statue, and come back to the world when your character(not you) wants to talk and/or do something, this is a problem with every visual novel game, and the reason why so many people dont like this types of games, but, when other games notice that, they dont try to hide it, you are not in the story but the actions feel yours, this game and purrgatori dont do that, they try so hard to make you into the story, but you arent, i see so many people in the comments say: OoOOoooOOo so sad :( i got Sweet, But Aloof. ;( bro that is the only type of lover because YOU ARE NOT IN THE GAME, and at first i thougth "o well thats fine, its just how the game is made" but the the choises are so dumb " do u prefer kill or murder tis person?" that is how i feel this"game is made.
In conclusion, the game wants u in the story but you arent, then i makes you say things your character wants, and then in the end, your choises doesnt even matter, it was all pointles, why making a game? why not a book? why not a watpat history? because noone will red it? im not saying that the story is bad, is just, NOT. A. GAME; And it makes so... sad, it has so much potential for a larger history or a short one but in another format, NOT A FUCKING GAME, dont make think im in the history, dont make me make choises i dont have control over, make a book NOW.
I felt so bad so bad for the other person, who loved the MC so much it hurt-- and they knew... the other never truly loved them like that...
"YOU GOT: Sweet, But Aloof.
You're thoughtful. You write poetry for your partner, and buy them gifts when the heat gets to be too much. But your self-consciousness can get in the way sometimes; you're too embarrassed to share your poetry, and you go a long time without saying "I love you" out of fear that they won't say it back. Learn to open up. Learn to be vulnerable with another person. Otherwise, how will you ever really love them?"
I'll keep this in mind, I'll try to be more open-- as open as I can... maybe I am afraid of getting hurt, so much more that I never really tried to tell another how much I truly loved them-- thanks for the game :)
This is very good. I am obsessed with tests, your one of my favorite creators, not just in itch. You made a game that everyone can relate to, and still keeping your game beautiful, your amazing, keep it up!
spent the whole time just haaaaating the person the questions were talking to, the person i was supposed to be playing. i had a girlfriend like that once and playing her part felt like driving nails into my tongue. i love this though, you did a great job <3
Well, this totally missed the mark for me. Maybe I'll understand it after I've had an ugly relationship. Maybe I'm not romantic enough. Not sure. Not sure why I commented either, but maybe somebody will find this interesting. On to the next thing, I guess.

This game only has one ending, for whatever that's worth.

F U C K.
I understand your point of view, but about the "your choices don't matter" part, I must say, I really liked it.
Games with multiple endings are too tiring for me. And it's too hard to get the one you want.
So, even tho it isn't a "game", is an experience I like.
OH WOW, A FUKING H U M A N, FINALLY!
I felt so bad
